What is CHANGES?
Changes is electrical stimulation of muscles. It creates a rapid Isotonic muscle movement via an electrical stimuli. It is strong enough to tighten and firm the muscle without tearing and causing soreness.
When you work out, you're muscles are controlled by the brain and you use about 15% of your muscle capasity, while when the machine controls your muscle movement, you use up to 60% of your muscle capasity It is a very intense and controlled muscle movement to strenghten muscles in a particular area and therefore 25 minutes of CHANGES is equivalent to 3 hours in the gym.
